ANNOUNCEMENT ON UNDERTAKING AND INFORMATION FORM FOR ENTRY TO TÜRKİYE
The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Warsaw kindly notifies that from 09 June 2022 applicants for visas at the Embassy's Consular Section must complete and sign the 'Undertaking and Information Form for Entry to Türkiye'. The completed and signed form should be submitted with the visa application for the appointment in our Mission.
